Objectives

• Through the application of the diagnostic, the goal is to identify areas of opportunity to raise process performance with Lean (Stability) to at least 4 Sigma levels, enabling Six Sigma to be effective (eliminating variation).
• Define a comprehensive training plan to close the identified "gap" during the assessment.
