The participants will learn to consistently apply the elimination of waste in their warehouses, since these faciilities are a service industry for the productive areas of their company. To achieve the objective of having a sequenced flow of materials in reception, kiteo, storage, deliveries, shipments, etc. they will learn to apply the principles of Lean Manufacturing, thus obtaining a slender warehouse and synchronized continuous flow according to the demand of the client.
