Lean Warehouse Workshop for Produce Companies

General Objective

This programme will provide the participants with knowledge to trigger a Lean Culture at the Warehouse. Likewise, this workshop will deliver pragmatic tools focused on implementing Lean practices on the daily warehousing activities, in alignment with the results orientation.

If the same company, organization or institution enrolls 3 participants in one specific workshop, a fourth participant could enroll in the same course at no cost.
