The program clarifies the personal ablities that impact the work teams through experiential learning activities, in which the participants analyze the individual competencies to exert personal leadership on their team. After analyzing the aspects of managerial and collaborative competencies, a team is formed for the diagnosis and development of strategies for their best operative and problem solving performance.
