The participants will learn to consistently ensure the yearly achievement of their Company Objectives by improving Excellence in Execution of Plans through the knowledge and use of the "4 Disciplines", "A3", "Balanced Scorecard", "Accountability Boards" and "Standard Work of the Leader".
